WooCommerce Step by Step

Hi, for this project I am looking for someone expert in WooCommerce. The project is to create a checkout process that is step by step. The steps for the checkout should be as follows:
1. The customer selects the course in which he/she wants to enroll. The courses should appear in squares format with a short description. On that page there should be an alternative to filter whether they are 1:1 or group courses. You can select more than one. When you select the course you should see a selection of which section you wish to enroll in, the sections will have a limit of participants.
2. After selecting the courses you are going to enroll you must take it to the registration form which will be the same for all courses, but will have custom fields.
3. Then it will take you to the billing section where you must select whether you will pay in one installment or more than one installment. Enter the payment information and process either full or partial payment. If partial the next payment should be processed automatically.
4. Upon completion of the order you should receive an email with all the details of the course registration and a copy to the administration.
