WooCommerce Quote Plugin Troubleshooting

I'm facing issues with the Emultec WooCommerce quote plugin on my e-commerce site. When a user clicks 'Get Quote' on a product page, the expected functionality is not occurring.
Key Issues:
-we have products marked as inquire category should allow the qoute to display in the menu

when you click get qoute you should see the qoute cart
-And after it appear it display here to fill out form
