WooCommerce Product Add-Ons not added in Cart

I need help with fixing the issue of WooCommerce Product Add-Ons prices not being added to the cart.

We are using the latest version of WooCommerce Product Add-Ons.

Selecting Add-On in product detail page shows correct price.

After adding to cart, product add-on price is not showing.
