WooCommerce PayPal Payment Issue Troubleshooting

I am having a problem with my WooCommerce not processing payments made through PayPal. When customers attempt to make a payment, the checkout screen refreshes but the payment isn't processed. This is a new website, and I have not made any recent changes to either the website or WooCommerce settings.
