WooCommerce Feature Addition - Contact Lenses

I am looking for a skilled WordPress developer experienced in theme customization, plugin integration, and website migration. The main task will be to add a unique feature to our WooCommerce site, specifically a power selector for contact lenses. Please ensure you have relevant experience before bidding. Features needed:

Create new product type name "contact lenses"

Radio button: Ability to create multiple radio button and to rename titles

Dropdown for Power: Ability to choose power options (e.g., -1.00, -2.00, +1.00, etc.)

Radio button and dropdown linked with a condition: This might involve showing certain dropdown options based on the selection made in the radio button (e.g., bifocal or multifocal lenses might have different power options)

Excel sheet (CSV): Option to export \ import the data to an Excel sheet for storage or analysis(products with power and withoutpower)

New button for quantity: Instead of using a default button, create a custom button to adjust the quantity of the product.

Add button: the option to upload prescription(optional)

Create button: in single product page we have two buttons add to cart and buy now
