WooCommerce / Dokan project
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
In this project I am looking to enhance functionality of a multi-vendor marketplace. You will not have to do design or fill it with products, the work is only on functionality.
The site is set up in WordPress using the WooCommerce plugin with Dokan. We are looking to add the following features:
1. Facilitate a javascript query to an API (just a string) and post the result on the page (1 number, numeric format). The API is ours, can take 1-2 seconds to respond, but it's open and works fine. So pressing the button sends a query to AWS, which returns 1 number and that number has to be posted next to the button.
2. Make a button that creates a copy of the product and another button that deletes it. So when all the dropdown selections have been made and the product has been specified, pressing the button creates a copy of the product with the same attributes, only having a single value. For example, if a product is Bike that has attribute Color (Red/Blue/Black) and the user selects Black, the new product will also have attribute Color, but with only 1 option: Black (no Red and Blue)
3. If the copy-product already exists in the database (based on SKU for example), the dropdown menu must be populated with the values of product attributes. For example with bikes, if the Bike-copy product already exists in the database, then when the user goes to Bike page, its Color dropdown must already have Black selected. Like memory effect.
No design is needed and no product upload, only functionality. The project is our own, so we can tweak if it will make life easier. Time is flexible, but it isn't really a week long project. Thanks.
