WooCommerce Custom Fields Integration with Dropshipping

I am using WP Desk Custom Fields Plugin to edit the checkout fields and also Dropshipping Plugin by WooCommerce to send an email to the supplier once an order has been submitted. The issue I am facing is that Custom Fields are not being sent to the supplier and therefore some modifications are required to send custom fields values to the supplier.
