WooCommerce Action Scheduler Queue - speed up processing time & optimisation

We have a huge volume of jobs going through. We can up to 130,000 jobs and it takes days to complete.
The webhooks are mainly by a plugin called Omnivore, which is a third party integration, that connects our store (lavadeals.com.au) to catch.com.au.
We would like to speed up processing time.

SPEED UP PROCESSING
1. Abort all pending Scheduled Actions jobs, I have 136k...
2. Implement the WP CLI
( it may be necessary to setup WP CLI runners. Two helpful guides on that:

4. Optimise database to increase speed of Scheduled Actions processing time
