Woo commerce / Wordpress website shipping edit

My product has been shipped around the Rep of Ireland and I would like to now ship it to Northern Ireland however I can't seem to make this work on woocommerce.
I don't want it shipped to mainland UK only to Northern Ireland (part of the uk economically but on the island of Ireland)
I did purchase the plugin Brexit, Northern Ireland and WooCommerce Shipping Zones but I still can't sort it.
