Woo Commerce checkout page and cart page customization and shipping plugin issue

I am looking for skilled freelancer to customize existing checkout and cart page by duplicating style and features from another website (I will let you know my existing website and referral website), and specially changing of popup features to dropdown select type country/region field for ShipAny plugin (its important to do so).
