Woo Commerce/WordPress - Shipment Booking System Integration and development

Our company is looking for Woo Commerce/WordPress Developers, most preferably an ORGANIZATION or a GROUP/TEAM OF DEVELOPERS preferably based in INDIA. This project needs URGENCY.

Specific Requirements:
Can develop and create a System/Plugin, or a ready-made System/Plugin that you can offer to us and can connect to our SPM word press system that can handle the following:

- Automatic comparing and suggesting freight prices with multiple couriers
- Reduce time to generate consignments
- Real Time tracking for all couriers in a single screen
- Connect to all Australian Courier's API that we are currently using
- Can ADD, UPDATE, and DELETE couriers
- Manually printing of consignment Labels
