Woo Commerce Bugs

I need a woo commerce Wordpress expert.
There are a few changes to the page we need completed.
1. The product page has the filters on the right side column and we want to change this so that our products are 3 across but centered on the page and the two filters on top of the product grid and next to each other.

2. The product page should display the prices for each product, and the variables.
Each price is determined by the variables such as size, edition, and the option to select a frame for an extra fee of 250.
3. A user should also have the ability to upload a file securely to the site .
4. A user should have the ability to see a proof of their work online before it gets made into art.
I have all of my artwork in images ready for upload as well as the logo created .

You will also need to install plugins to help speed up the site, make it secure and accept payments.
