Wix to WordPress Transfer with additional UX Input and Edits

Currently have a website on Wix, but would like to transfer to a WordPress platform. In addition, to transfer a majority of the information and graphics from the current site, need UX experience to make it more user-friendly with this new website. It must be a responsive web design.
