Wine Shop E-commerce Site Build

I’m ready to take my bricks-and-mortar wine shop online and need a full e-commerce website built from the ground up. Although the main focus of my store is wine, the only items I plan to sell online right now are our curated gourmet food products, so those will be the first catalogue you load.

There’s no need for a live payment gateway in this initial phase; I’d like the checkout set to an enquiry or pay-later mode so customers can place orders without entering card details. The site, however, should be coded with the flexibility to bolt on standard gateways—credit/debit cards, PayPal or bank transfer—whenever I decide to switch them on.
