Windows server database problem connecting Wordpress

Need urgent help with troubleshoot Windows server database connection issue with Wordpress.
Error "the mysq|80 service started and then stopped"
The Wordpress site no longer can connect to database ('Error establishing a database connection")
Server Version:
- Windows server 2019
- You connect with RDP
- No Cpanel, just a server.
Database Type:
- MySQL database for Wordpress.
