Wildcard subdomain configuration on Helpdesk software

In order to create a sub-domain login link for clients to log in, we would like to configure the Wildcard sub-domain.
In an effort to let the HelpDesk software work effectively, we would like to move the software files from a subdirectory to a sub-domain or any respective folder.
We couldn't move the software files to the main/root folder as the WordPress files are residing...
