I'm looking for a website developer (may use wordpress/blogger) with simple template and must have integration with Google map, google forms.
There will be some data collected via google form which will include basic info such as, name, history, images of a place along with location.
Website should display those information along with google map.
I would also need assistance with hosting of that website
