Website scrap and import to wordpress site -- 3

The target is to build a directory service on a central skipper website. For this, we want to scrap data from 3 external sites and import the data with an onetime import into the target site.
The target site is a wordpress site with "GeoDirectory Plugin" enabled. (A other plugin can also be used to solve the project)
The Site should be configured, that the imported data can be displayed nice and functional.
Which data should be scraped:
The focus is marina (ports) attributes
- Name
- Address
- Contact
- Picture
- Open Time
- max.boat length, width, depth
- Berths
- Pets Allowed
- electricity
- WLAN
- Water
- Price

There is NO API available ! This two sites are not mine !
3 Milestones will be defined:
1.) Scrapping all information from the two target websites
2.) Import the data into a new website (is available)
3.) Design the imported entries on the site for with state of the art design, easy to use, mobile and businesslike
