Website not working without "www" prefix; upgrade to WP Engine’s advanced network

Our WordPress website is hosted with WP Engine. It is currently only accessible with the "www." prefix. We need it to be accessible without the "www." prefix as well. Also, we received the attached email about upgrading to WP Engine’s advanced network. We need someone to do this for us and make sure the upgrade goes smoothly and nothing breaks.
