Website maintenance and setup

It's a mini work infact. I've started an entertainment blog, wrote a couple of articles but want to focus on webstories. Installed a few plugins and analytics etc. But due to lack of technical knowledge, i messed it up a bit. So i need someone to make the blog indexed, seo ready with analytics installed correctly. If the work is good and satisfactory, i may hire regularly or on monthly maintenance basis.
