Website host transfer help

I have had my wordpress business website hosted by godaddy for about 5 years. It's been giving me problems on and off specifically with ninja forms submissions which is largely what I used the site for. Currently the ninja forms stopped working on mobile devices which is a big problem. Godaddy support is useless and I think I would like to transfer the site to a better host anyway. I don't know enough about the ins and outs to do this without risking messing up my business site so I figured I'd try to find an expert. If it helps the website is savinggracegrooming.com
