Website help (Wordpress)

I have a website that was built for me using Wordpress. It's for an independent bookmakers based in Limerick, Ireland. I had the intention of being able to post prices and news etc. myself on the site but find that the video I was sent showing me how to do this was complicated and hard to follow. Looking for someone to talk me through the process if possible
