Website for a print company

I´m looking for a freelancer to develop a website in WordPress. The front-end website was made in Wix, and I need to replicate it and make some improvements according to the freelancer´s expertise. In addition, develop a module that allows the user to upload pictures or images, select the size, and the technique in which the pictures will be produced by our company, and pay. The website has 3 sections + the “Create your own” module mentioned. The whole material will be provided to the freelancer.
