Website email verification blocking

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me with my website email verification blocking issue. My main goal is to prevent spam on my website. I use gmail workspace, wp SMTP and a WooCommerce verfication plugin. All other emails work, event the test email. DNS to Oauth and setup is all set. The ideal freelancer for this project need have experience in email verification blocking, DNS and Workspace setup. Ideal, he did faced the issue before. This is not a basic issue. So please just absolute professionals who know the issue.
