Website downloads a file instead of opening (wordpress)

when I try to enter my website instead of loading it, it downloads a file named "download". I am attaching the file details.
Nothing else appears. Every section of the website does the same.
It has been created in Wordpress but I cannot access the admin site either. I tried restoring a recent backup and it didn't work.
