Website development on Wordpress + Elementor (Pro) based on ready-made design project

I am looking for a skilled website developer who can create a website on WordPress using Elementor Pro. I already have a ready-made design project, so the developer will need to implement it into the website.

Development:
1.1. The site should be developed on Wordpress + Elementor (Pro)
1.2. Adaptive layout for PCs and phones (according to the design in Figma) + adaptation of the version for tablets.
1.3. 100% preservation of colors and shapes (see Figma)
1.4. Page Speed - 85
1.5. Installation and configuration of Yoast SEO PRO (we will provide)

2. Functionality of booking courses:
2.1. The site has 6 types of modal windows for ordering courses (training) + it should be possible to independently adjust the free dates:
2.1.1 - 2 windows with booking of free dates + online + payment
2.1.2 - 4 windows with the date booking function only

3. Map functionality:
Add functionality (when you hover over a city - a window with the number of graduates + city name). This feature is available in free Elementor plugins

4. Calculator:
Make it a Piotnet Addons plugin (we will provide it if necessary) or its analog.
