Website creation and development in Wordpress/woocommerce for a B2B Reseller system, allowing product purchase

We have a current woocommerce webshop and this allows customers to purchase directly from its product order system 24/7, contact us, product videos and technical diagrams downloads and so on. We now have a new project whereby we would like to have similar to our current website but the new site would allow only B2B Resellers to have an account with us on purchases and credit accounts, order history, credit limits. It would be able to take payments by Worldpay (we have a current Worldpay payment account) and Bank transfer plus allowing a Reseller to have a credit account with credit limit status monitoring, The new site would also have product pictures and their technical diagrams on along with details of individual items. We will be hosing the new website on our current server, a staging site will also be required on this server for test work etc before making live.
