Website Security - for my wordpress websites

I own 7 very simple wordpress websites - they are all hosted on the same webhosting account which is HOSTGATOR
I want to hire someone on a PERMANENT BASIS to just manage the Website Secuirty & protect them from malware/hackers. Happy to pay a set monthly or annual fee

They are verys simple websites which are childcare centres
