Website SVG Animation triggered by scrolling

I have a Wordpress site built with Elementor and I need help redesigning the homepage similar to this one www.zenefits.com. I have the SVG files/content but need help actually building out the animations and motion. It's a totally of 6 sections. The animations must be triggered on scroll.
