Website Performance Issues

My website is running agonizingly slow and I need help fixing it. HTTP requests seem to be the overwhelming culprit, but there may be other contributing factors, as well. This is a Wordpress website hosted on Flywheel with fastly CDN and WP_CACHE enabled. The site is built with the Elementor plugin and utilizes a child version of Elementor's "Hello" Theme.
