Website and Mobile Web experience (not app) UX/UI Design using wordpress theme and plugins

I'm building a wordpress newspaper site which facilitates, communities, personalised user/member feeds, discussion forums and information source (blogs and forums)

I need design to build the UI using the newspaper theme elements and several plugins e.g. community plugin and calendar plugin. more details in brief document.

Well thought out design and user flow / experience throughout the site.

I DO NOT want the site built.

i need a prototype and assets delivered. I'm open to what tools you use.
I'd like to see similar project in your portfolio.
