Website Maintenance -- 2

Someone that does website maintenance on a regular basis. This is for my audio company called chaps pa.
Preferably someone that is english so there are no communication issues.

Wordpress software and plugins are up-to-date
Website page speeds load rapidly
Malware/hack protection in place
Backups of the website exist
Scan website for errors
Hotjar has been running so use data to evaluate the site and make any changes
All form working properly
No broken links on the pages
Are there any 404's and resolve them
Add to blog - I have to do
