Website Improvements

I already have a website. It's outdated and doesn't look or function as well as some of my competitors. I'm looking for a Freelancer who can overhaul my current website and improve user interface and customer experience. We sell products and i want this process made easier for the customer. I also need someone who is familiar with a wordpress type website. I need some new products added to the website and some old ones removed. I also wan to change somw of the page content and images. Currently the website is working ok but there's a lot of room for improvements. I want it to be the best in our industry. I really need a freelance that knows exactly what they are doing...After the improvements are made to the website I will consider SEO, Google Ads etc to increase online sales from the site.
