Website & Email Migration to WordPress

I need a professional to help me migrate my current website domain, hosted on a bespoke system, to WordPress. This includes transferring my domain and setting up my emails on the new platform so that the current email address can still be used.

Key Tasks:
- Migrate my current domain registry to one I have control of
- Ensure my emails won't break in the process (Want to stay on Wordpress, so don't know if the MX records will need amending)
- Advise on how to keep the current website running whilst the domain registry transfer happens
