Collection Maison C Nice is a place surrounded by nature with an amazing view over Nice. It proposes several services :
Weekly rental apartment (x1), wellness area with pool, jaccuzi and sauna, beauty treatments.
Main objectives:
Create a website presenting the collection with a booking/ payment module for the apartment. Prevent the multi bookings via a channel manager.
Target: international clientele (FR / EN / NL).
2. Required Technical Stack
- Recommended CMS: **self-hosted WordPress.org**, fully manageable without technical skills. Happy to receive a recommendation for a better CMS fitting the need.
- Theme: WordPress theme optimized for **vacation rental / hospitality**, responsive, compatible with booking and multilingual plugins.
- Plugins to be installed :
Make the best recommendation for a **Booking / booking engine** plugin for accommodations (e.g., MotoPress Hotel Booking, Vik Booking, WP Booking System, or equivalent).
**Channel manager** to sync availability and bookings with Airbnb and Booking.com (e.g., Vik Channel Manager / e4jConnect or certified OTA equivalent, or robust iCal solution depending on budget).

4. Booking and Payment Features

- Booking form with:

- Rules support (minimum stay, arrival day, etc.).

- Goal: **prevent any double bookings** between site, Airbnb, and Booking.com.
- Requirements:
- **Availability and booking synchronization** minimum via iCal, ideally via **API/channel manager certified** (Vik Channel Manager, e4jConnect, or equivalent).
- Freelancer must propose a **specific solution** (plugin + potential subscription) and explain:

4.3 Online Payment
