Website Designer/Developer
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
First, we need a DESIGNER/DEVELOPER that is at LEAST FOR FOUR HOURS A DAY MONDAY THRU FRIDAY BETWEEN 9 AM - 5 PM EDT (NEW YORK, USA Time Zone). In other words, you may work more per day than the FOUR (4) HOURS required in this time zone; but, for the purpose of getting assignments, troubleshooting, and team interaction, you have to be available at least FOUR (4) hours a day in this time period.
Secondly, you must have incomparable English (US) writing and speaking skills. We may need you to do Zoom presentations or speak on the phone directly to clients; accordingly, great English communication is a must! Also, you must be able to work on SLACK for inter-firm and client communication; and, you must be able to log your time on JIBBLE as well as here (the reason being that we have arrangements that require us to report time directly to clients using this method). ALSO, to be CONSIDERED FOR THIS PROJECT, YOU MUST SUBMIT A VIDEO - THE TOPIC IS WHY YOU ARE BEST FOR THIS ROLE.
You should have the following skill set (at a very very high level of execution):
Well versed in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Able to work from an existing style guide
Able to work in, or take concepts from Canva
Can prep files for print (full bleed, margins, setup files as CMYK vs RGB)
Able to handle larger 'production' work such as batch cropping and color grading photo images
Able to several simple yet modern layout concepts for stationary assets (business cards, tri-folds etc.)
Responsive to tasks and consistently communicates ETA's on tasks via productivity tools (ClickUp, Slack)
Access to stable internet connection
Elementor Design
Meticulous about QA and responsive excellence
Able to 'think for themselves' and work with a style guide, brief, mood board and a home page or other 'starter' mockup in web
Bonus if they are WooComm/eComm proficient
Bonus if they are also a graphics designer able to make 'art' for actual sections
Please let us know of any additional skills or talents that you have! We look forward to hearing from you.
