Webshop design, woocommerce. Elementor

I am stock in this project and is looking for some help or guidance
This is a project involving an old webshop with 250k products and about 6k different product categories. It has about 6 main type of product category and about 1000 subcategpries pr main-categories
Project is based on wordpress, with woocommerce. and I have installed this template as of now:

I am looking for some help with the design. When I check this template I see that it doesn't divide categories into sub-categories. It more like divide based on product attributes (Color, Brand etc).
Is it possible to show different product attribute search based on product category?
Woud be great if it was possible to select a main category in the top menu and then get sub categories on the sidebar. That is sub-categories of selected main-category.
Not sure how much work I will need here. In the beginning I am looking more for guideance. I would love to come in touch with people solved similar issue. I am not 100% I will go through with using Wordpress+woocommerce, so one of the first task is to check if this is doable.
Only apply for this project if you have done similar projects with Elementor. I will want to see example of earlier work where you solve similar problem before I consider hire you.
