Webmaster Needed for Planning and Execution of Crypto Affiliate Websites

We are launching a startup that will be a crypto affiliate marketing company. We have a variety of domains and websites we want to develop in the niche, but are starting with one simple test WordPress site (domain: www.BuyCrypto.com) to vet webmaster candidates that we would then onboard for full-time/ongoing work on all our projects.
This project will entail:
- Creating a WordPress website based on the attached sitemap. The objective of this site will be to provide users with useful content about all the major crypto tokens and crypto exchanges. The website will be monetized via affiliate marketing, but you do not need to implement monetization for this test project. However, you should build the site with that ultimate objective in mind.
- Finding and installing an appropriate WP theme for this sort of project.
- Finding and coordinating writers (who we will pay) to create the content for the website, or you can write the content yourself. You will then review/edit and assemble the content on the site and use best SEO practices to create title/description tags, links between internal and external web pages, etc.
We will set you up with a fresh WordPress install and admin access on a test server, and you will take it from there. We have intentionally left the instructions broad as we want to see what your vision would be for this sort of website.
