Webhosting issues

Hello,

I run a WordPress website hosted with Ionos. Recently, the site has stopped displaying, and Ionos support couldn't help me resolve the issue. However, I do have access to the FTP server and all the website files.

**What I need:**
1. Firstly, I'd like the problem to be investigated on my current webspace at Ionos and fixed if possible (e.g., errors in the WordPress installation, plugins, themes, .htaccess, etc.).
2. If this is not possible, I need a temporary solution where the website is hosted with another provider. You should migrate the website and set up a domain redirect so that the website is back online until the issue with my Ionos webspace can be permanently resolved.
3. A static maintenance page that can be temporarily placed on the Ionos server would also be an acceptable option if a quick solution is not possible.

**Requirements:**
- Experience with WordPress issues and server management (ideally with Ionos as well).
- Experience with website migration and setting up domain redirects.
- Quick and efficient communication, as the website needs to be back online as soon as possible.
