WebDeveloper to build LMS site

I am developing a LMS site.
I am using a LearnDash, buddy press theme/platform/pro and a few other plugins.

I need someone experienced in these plugins. I want a minimum of hardcoding.

The assignment will be on an day rate fee as the development is not for a specific task.

The site will
- have login for everyone on first page
- invite from admin (several) only to site access
- specific courses assigned to specific people only. Nothing is open.
- no check-out or selling of courses
- etc.
