I need to create a responsive overlay for a full page splash on a wordpress website. They also want the navigation to remain in place which has made the fullpage part tricky. There are 3 vertical sections that stretches the full width of the screen and each comprises of a background image and logo. When the user rolls their mouse over each section, another image is shown in place. On handheld devices, the rollover does not need to display but will show on click.
