We need a simple web application developed.
We need a web application created that interacts with Google Reviews
We will need a twilio integration or some sort of integration that will allow us to send the “business page link” to a phone number that is inserted.
This is super simple.
Building out the page creation is the complex part.
Businesses should be able to sign up for an account on this website. When they sign up they should be able to have a specific link generated for their brand.
That link should have the following:
Company Logo
“How Was Your Service?”
Select 1-5 Stars
If they select 1-4 stars.
Redirect the end-user to a form to where they can answer the following prompt.
“ What can we do to improve our service?”
Provide a support email,
Provide a support phone number
If they select 5 stars.
Redirect them to the direct link on google to leave a review.
