WPforms submission go into Mailchimp as "Unsubscribed"

I have a WPforms form on a Wordpress Website with 2 checkbox. The form is linked to a mailchimp audience. For now, when the user fills the form correctly and tik a certain checkbox, it insert the user into the mailchimp audience and mark as "Subscribed".
Problem is when a user fills the form and doesn't tik the checkbox, he gets inserted in the mailchimp with also "subscribed".
I'm wondering if there is a way in Mailchimp to insert someone to an audience from a WPforms with mention "Unsubscribed" if he doesn't tik a particular checkbox.
I need a solution!
