WPLMS website

** PLEASE read all requirements. Your proposal MUST include the total for your work + the purchase amount of any additional plug-ins or add-ons. **

I need someone to build a website using WPLMS that is fully functional using the website link or app. I prefer someone with previous experience building with WPLMS. They will need to set up:

- Registration (custom fields depending on course)
- Billing (one-time and recurring) using Stripe or PayPal
- 10 courses
- Chat functionality (between admins & students or admins & teachers)
- Booking ability (some courses are tutoring and require one-on-one scheduling) + calendar
- Zoom integration
- Customized student performance tracker (individualized assignments, notes, uploads per class or tutoring session)
- Set up a shop (no items at the moment but when ready, we can sell promo items)
- Ability to send notifications through app (updated performance tracker, class cancellation, chat responses, etc)
- ADMIN PORTAL: access to all registrations, billing, chats with admin or students, booking calendar and student performances, react.js apps and additional features
- STUDENT PORTAL: access to registration, billing, chat with admin, calendar, student performance, react.js apps and additional features (see last bulletpoint)
- TEACHER PORTAL: access to calendar, student performance trackers, chat with admin, react.js apps and additional features
- Integrate 3 react.js apps
- Integrate a few additional features into the app, including:
- Qibla compass
- Islamic prayer times
- hijri calendar
- Morning/evening athkaar

** I would also like to know the cost of a yearly maintenance to make sure everything is compatible and running-smoothly with the latest Wordpress and WPLMS versions.
