WPLMS Video Security Enhancement

I am in urgent need of a professional to help me fortify the security of the videos on my WPLMS website. Currently using IDM, students can download videos. My client DOES NOT wish to use any 3rd party Video hosting services like YouTube, Screen Pal etc. All videos should get hosted in the website hosting account
Key Requirements:
