WPForms Email Delivery Issue Resolution

Overview:
My WordPress website (www.projexconsult.com) uses WPForms on the Contact Us page. Currently, when the form is submitted, the emails are not visible in the WPForms dashboard and do not reach my Outlook or iPhone Mail inbox. Notably, my website developer is receiving the form emails on her Outlook, but she hasn’t been able to resolve the issue. GoDaddy confirms that SMTP and DNS (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) settings are correct, and no spam filters or rules are interfering.
Deliverable:
• Ensure that upon submitting the contact form, I receive the email in my designated inbox (Outlook and iPhone Mail).
