WCFM Marketplace Woocommerce + Bigbuy synchronisation

I have a marketplace site woocommerce + WCFM, and I have a problem on the synchronization with my supplier which is bigbuy,
Ps: I use the connector woocommerce bigbuy for synchronization of products, delivery, shipping, ect.
My problem is that when a seller on my marketplace wants to sell a product imported from bigbuy, this product will be duplicated to be specific to his e-shop, and this duplicated product is not taken into account by the bigbuy connector, so the shipping service is not displayed in the order page when it is a product sold from an eboutique,And even if a customer manages to place an order from an eboutique, this order will not be taken into account by bigbuy.
I need a pro to fix this problem.
