Virtual Assistant & Project Manager for Solo Agency

I am looking to interview an assistant to keep me on track of projects. This person will set up a project management tool, populate it with project loads and tasks, set reminders and due dates, etc. This person will also assist me in finding the right freelancers to do fulfillment. I would love for you to have extensive knowledge in wordpress development and understand how to navigate my changing work load.

In addition to all this, I need someone to monitor my email, clean out junk, and schedule important meetings and dates as they happen. Also add things to my calendar as they happen.

Also social media tasks are involved. Basic posts, some graphics, and mainly helping formulate a plan for SEM.

Can you do payroll also? Do you know quickbooks? Tell me what you CAN do and do well. I will not waste my time on someone that is not motivated and cannot keep up. To be truthful I do not even have time to train you. However I will and I will expect you to take over and be available. It is important that you are available on USA time (central).
