VendHQ With WooCommerce

I want to develop a plugin to connect my vendhq by light speed (x-series) account to my woocommerce based on wordpress
specifications: importing products from specified categories from vendhq
products & order sync with my vendhq account so every product when its updated it should update also at woocommerce every order come to woocommerce it should be displayed at vendhq also
