User Profiles for Wordpress Auction Site

We are building an auction and listing site on wordpress. We use woocommerce and Ultimate Woo Auction Pro to transform it into and auction and listing site. The mechanics of how it works. User's submit items via form, admin approves and creates listing or auction, user can respond to their listing/auction comments while admin has full control of listing/auction.

Our Problem: User profiles are private to other users, we also do not want users to be able to control auction or listings, only want them to be tagged to product and be able to respond to auction comments. Trying to model after https://bringatrailer.com/ user mechanics

Where we need help:
-User profiles are not visible to other users currently. We want this to change to be able to tag users on each listing that is theirs (We are not a multivendor website, users submit items via form we then publish and manage for them).
-We want to have bids, comments (reviews), and wishlist (have yith installed) all displayed on users public profile
-A perfect example of this functionality on another wordpress site in a similar industry is https://bringatrailer.com/
